When the 1.47.8.51 update came out (13/03/15) my game launcher refused to download the 'update info', even after leaving it on to download for hours. After verifying the game files in Steam and trying to re-install the launcher both from Steam and the War Thunder website, the problem persisted. Whenever i try to start War Thunder, the launcher freezes stays like that for a while. Then after about 30 seconds a window pops up saying "War Thunder launger has stopped working" and all i can do is close the window and the launcher.
