Hey folks. Long time player here. I get this issue sometimes where I uninstall the game and my list of subscribed mods are still shown on Steam but not in the game when it's redownloaded. I've tried deleting the mods then resubbing but no luck. Tips?

What most people are not aware of, is the annoying 'feature' Company of Heroes 2 has where every time you open up the game, it will re-download everything you have subscribed to in the workshop. What I did was did a .SGA seach (the file type for mods, tuners, maps) and found them in a very weird location. Go to the steam folder, go to userdata/some long number/ugc/referenced. In the referenced folder, the folders in there will be long numbers. This is a strange way of fixing it but it worked for me. Basically you go to the COH2 folder in your documents not the Steam COH2 folder place. Once your there rename the coh 2 folder to anything and if that doesn't work rename the "mods" folder instead. Alright I'll give this a shot if not I'm just gonna uninstall everything and hope for the best.
